The International Seminar is organised by the Institute of Librarianship of the University of Parma  in collaboration with the School of Information Studies of the University of Northumbria at Newcastle, in the framework of the joint International Master in Information Studies by distance, started in academic year 2000-2001.

Aim

The purpose of the Seminar is to stimulate thought and discussion about the trends and issues of cooperation in Library and
Information Studies. In particular the Seminar will help:
Experiences at national and international level will contribute to examine the cooperation opportunities of LIS schools.
