Il Prof. Paolo Colombo e il Dott. Ruggero Bettini ricevono il 1999 JORGE HELLER JOURNAL OF CONTROLLED RELEASE/CRS OUTSTANDING PAPER AWARD da Gary Cleary, ex presidente della Controlled Release Society.

Il premio è stato attribuito per il lavoro "Observation of swelling process and diffusion front position during swelling in hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (HPMC) matrices containing a soluble drug", pubblicato sul Journal of Controlled Release, 61, 83-91 (1999).
