From the University of Parmacall for the allocation of laptop PCs to its students and students residing in the regional territories affected by the May 2023 flood events. The Athenaeum is providing 100 computers, with a mouse and backpack for transportation, which will be assigned on loan for use based on the ranking that will result from the call for proposals, which is open until September 4, 2023.

Students who:

may apply.

  • as of May 1, 2023, were residents or domiciled in the territories listed in Annex 1;
  • by the date of expiration of this notice were regularly enrolled, for the academic year 2022-23, in a bachelor's or master's degree program at the University of Parma.

iliad presents iliadship, a long-term project that looks at the world of university education in an innovative way, with the goal of helping to create a more inclusive future in which the younger generation can develop its full potential and enable the country's growth.

For the next 10 years, iliad together with its Advisory Board:

  • will select each year 10 female students from among recent three-year graduates and those enrolled in single-cycle master's degree programs who intend to continue their studies in the areas of S.T.E.M., Social Sciences and Arts & Literature
  • will offer each student access to a fellowship of 15.000 euros and to a training course,with the support of a tutor chosen from among iliad employees and a mentor from among the members of the Advisory Board, with workshops, dedicated training experiences and an extra-curricular internship in iliad Italy or in one of the companies that are part of the operator's network
  • will give birth to theIliad Community through the establishment of a network of students who will come together each year to update their skills and exchange experiences, becoming an integral part of the iliad ecosystem in Italy.

The University of Parma has published a call for rent subsidies to out-of-state students regularly enrolled for the academic year 2022-23, for rental expenses incurred during the period January 1, 2023 - August 10, 2023.

For this intervention, the Ministry of University and Research has available a total fund of 4 million euros. The amount of the grant for individual beneficiaries will be determined by the Ministry on the basis of the number of eligible recipients selected from all state universities.

To participate in the call for applications, one must:

  • be enrolled in a Unipr course of study in the year 2022-2023 and be in good standing with the payment of university fees and contributions (those who graduated in the year 2022-2023 before the expiration of the call for applications can also participate)
  • belong to a household with ISEE 2023 for university study benefits not exceeding 20 thousand (it is possible to make use of the current ISEE issued on the basis of ISEE 2023 for university study benefits, if the conditions are met)
  • be resident in a different place than where the rented property is located in the time frame of January 1, 2023 - August 10, 2023
  • have not taken advantage of other forms of support for the right to study concerning housing for enrollment in the a.y. 2022-2023.

Only after the Ministry has communicated the per-capita amount, as well as the transfer of the relevant sums, can the University proceed with the disbursement of the grant to the eligible recipients.

The University of Parma and the Department of Engineering and Architecture for the academic year 2023-2024, thanks to the contribution of prof.ssa Dina Del Negro, for the purpose of honoring the memory of her son Pier Paolo Garlatti, who was a student in the two-year engineering program at the University of Parma, establish a competition to award 100 study prizes to female students enrolled in undergraduate and master's degree programs in Engineering at the University of Parma.

Prohibition of accumulation
The award cannot be combined with other scholarships (including the ER.GO scholarship), grants and funding provided in application of the current legislation on the right to study, nor with scholarships provided by other entities, including awards and grants provided in any capacity by the DIA. Exemption from the payment of university fees does not constitute a cause of incompatibility with the contribution.

The Intesa Sanpaolo Onlus Foundation for the academic year 2022-2023 is establishing a competition to award grants to female students enrolled in bachelor's, master's and single-cycle master's degree programs at the University of Parma who are in physical, mental, social, family and/or economic disadvantage.

Who can fill out the application
Students who are in one of the disadvantaged situations listed in Article 2 of the Notice are eligible to apply provided that they are, by the date of publication of the Notice:

- duly enrolled in the academic year 2022-2023 at the University of Parma;

- in good standing with the payment of university fees and contributions also related to previous academic years and previously not sanctioned as a result of submitting false statements aimed at obtaining benefits for the right to study;

-as well as possessing the following additional requirements:

a) Entry requirements:

1) bachelor's degree program or single-cycle master's degree program: from the 2nd year of enrollment and up to the 1st year out of course;

2) master's degree program (two-year course): from 1st year of enrollment and up to 1st year out of course.

ISEE 2022 valid for the right to university study (or foreign economic-patrimonial situation) not exceeding € 24,500.

Students with incomes in Italy and with incomes abroad must have completed the application for the reduction of the university fee on the ER.GO website by the deadline and in compliance with the rules set forth in the Manifesto degli Studi a.a. 2022/23.

Grant awarded
The grants, each in the amount of between €1,500 and €3,000, gross of statutory withholding taxes and tax charges to be paid by the granting foundation, will be awarded, for the academic year 2022-2023, within the prescribed limits and until the special budget allocation of €65,000 (sixty-five thousand/00) is exhausted, only once in the course of study.

The student may deliver no later than the 10th day following the deadline for the submission of applications - the latter deadline remaining, however, mandatory - the documents that he/she is unable to produce at the same time as submitting the application. This option is allowed only if the student has indicated on the application form the documents he or she intends to produce later.

The University of Parma is establishing for the academic year 2022-2023 a Call for Papers for the awarding of study prizes for sporting merit, reserved for students enrolled in a bachelor's degree, master's degree, graduate school, PhD, university master's degree..

Who can fill out the application

The recipients are female students who graduated in A.Y. 2021/22 or regularly enrolled with Dual Career status:

  • to a bachelor's degree, master's degree, Ph.D., university master's degree in the academic year 2022/23
  • to a graduate school in the academic year 2021/22

who have achieved outstanding sports results, registered with a sports club affiliated with the National Sports Federations officially recognized by CONI and CIP and concurrently meet at least one of the following requirements:

  • be recognized as an "athlete of national interest" by the national sports federation to which he or she belongs;
  • being summoned to the Italian national team by the national sports federation of belonging;
  • being summoned to the CUSI national representative teams;
  • be involved in the preparation programs for the Olympic and Paralympic Games, summer and winter;
  • being a participating athlete in the Universiade, World University Championships at the EUSA Championships;
  • for individual sports, appear in the top 12 places in the absolute or youth national rankings as stipulated in Protocol of Understanding No. 68 of 12/12/2016 on "Support for University Careers of High-level Athletes";
  • for team sports, participate in the highest national championship;
  • to be a coach/coach appointed by the national sports federation to which they belong.

Student awards for sports merit are as follows:

2,000 euros

  • participation in the Olympic and Paralympic Games
  • medal at the Summer or Winter Universiade
  • medal at the World and/or European Championships

1,600 euros

  • participation in the World and/or European Championships
  • participation in the summer or winter Universiade
  • Overall Italian champion (gold medal)

1,000 euros

  • medal at the Italian Absolute Championships (silver-bronze)
  • Category Italian Champion

500 euros

  • Gold Medalist at the National University Championships

300 euros

  • Silver-bronze medal at the National University Championships

The amounts are inclusive of charges to be borne by the University.

Awards are not cumulative with each other and refer to results/performance achieved in calendar year 2022.

The University of Parma establishes for the academic year 2022-2023 a Call for Proposals for the allocation of grants to undergraduate students enrolled in undergraduate, master's and single-cycle master's degree programs at the University of Parma who are in particular conditions of socioeconomic disadvantage.

The extraordinary grant is a form of support for those who experience an event of particular and exceptional severity and are in a particular state of hardship.

Who can fill out the application

Contributions may be granted in the following cases:

  1. students who have found themselves in serious situations of socioeconomic disadvantage due to: unemployment, layoff, bankruptcy, dismissal, heavy indebtedness, death of the main income earner;
  2. students affected by serious illness and/or disability;
  3. students who have suffered accidents, surgeries, expensive rehabilitative treatment and need continuous care;
  4. foreign students with refugee status;
  5. students care leavers.

The events referred to in paragraph 1) must have occurred since the year 2020 and before the date of the call of this notice and for points a, b and c can also refer to members present in the family status or ISEE 2022 valid for the right to university studies.

Who can fill out the application

Students of Ukrainian nationality enrolled or matriculating in bachelor's, master's and single-cycle master's degree programs at the University of Parma in the academic year 2022/2023 who have no personal or household income in Italy or refugees from Ukraine who have regularized their presence in the national territory according to the current national provisions.

By Rector's Decree No. 2078/2022, the criteria and conditions for the allocation and distribution of a fund of €41,000 to students enrolled from the second year onwards who are disabled, with recognition of handicap pursuant to Article 3, Paragraph 1, of Law No. 104 of February 5, 1992, or DSA who meet the following requirements were established:

  • be enrolled a.a. 22/23;
  • be in good standing with tuition and fee payments as of Nov. 16, 2022;
  • not be matriculated or enrolled for a second degree;
  • not having received sanctions for submitting false statements for the purpose of obtaining benefits and/or exemptions;
  • enrolled for a number of years not exceeding the legal duration of the course of study. Seniority is calculated, according to the principles of the right to study, from the 1st year of matriculation in any Italian university. A change of degree course or University does not reset seniority and the period of interruption of studies is not considered in cases of career suspension due to: the birth of a child, for female students; serious and prolonged infirmity duly certified; interruption of career for at least two consecutive academic years. For forfeited students, dropouts, or students who nevertheless re-enroll, the year of first enrollment shall retrocede proportionally to the year of the course to which they were admitted in the case of recognition of prior career;

Criteria for the formulation of rankings.

1 ) the score is determined by the following formula

70%*CFU + 30%*weighted average+ points based on self-certified hardship;

2) credits useful for score calculation are those incurred from November 1, 2021 to October 31, 2022;

3) points for hardship, non-cumulative, whichever is greater prevails:

  • disability up from 66% : 20 points
  • invalidity up to 65% :10 points
  • handicap within the meaning of Article 3, Paragraph 1, of Law No. 104 of February 5, 1992: 10 points
  • DSA: 10 points

4) ER.GO Fellows are excluded due to incompatibility;

The award each amounts to €1,000 (including charges borne by the University) and is awarded ex officio following the formulation of the ranking list of the 41 winners. Students therefore do not need to apply.

The outcomes will be communicated via email to the winning students by 30/11/2022.

The award is disbursed in the following ways: credited to student card (with activated account) or credited to IBAN in the student's name or co-owned by the student (also rechargeable cards).
The IBAN code must be registered by logging into the RESTRICTED AREA of the online secretarial services HOME menu > master data.
