Deadlines

Enrolments to open access courses open on 17 July 2024 at 12pm.
Closing dates vary from course to course and will be published on the University Prospectus 24/25 (Manifesto degli Studi) – soon available – and on the degree courses’websites.

What you will need

The enrolment procedure is entirely online and must be preceded by registration on the University information system (ESSE3).

If you have registered with SPID, in order to enrol make sure you have with you:

  • a device connected to the Internet;
  • the data of the high school diploma (and, if graduated, of the previous degree);
  • the invalidity/disability certification (e.g. L. 104, dyslexia or language disorders – DSA - certification, etc.) if you have it;
  • if you want to opt for part-time enrolment, il form A51 filled in.

If you have not registered with SPID, in order to enrol make sure you have with you:

  • a device connected to the Internet;
  • a valid identity document in digital format (identity card or passport);
  • the tax code or health card in digital format;
  • the data of the high school diploma (and, if graduated, of the previous degree);
  • the invalidity/disability certification (e.g. L. 104, dyslexia or language disorders – DSA - certification, etc.) if you have it;
  • if you want to opt for part-time enrolment, il form A51 filled in.

How to enrol

To proceed with enrolment log in with your SPID or with your University credentials if you fall into a category excluded from the obligation to register with SPID.

Then:

  • select the menu item SEGRETERIA>IMMATRICOLAZIONE; STUDENT REGISTRY OFFICE > ENROLMENT
  • proceed by choosing the course of study and entering the data and documents requested by the system;
  • download the enrolment application and, by accessing the Payments section of the Student Registry Office menu, download or view the IUV payment slip with the amount of the first instalment;
  • proceed with the payment of the slip at any authorized bank branch in the national territory or through another payment system admitted by PagoPA (for information on the PagoPA payment system consult the dedicated page).

The University will then send, to the email address provided during registration, an e-mail to confirm enrolment containing the enrolment number and the institutional email address (e.g. name.surname@students.unipr.it).

Validation of previous exams

If you already have a degree or have been enrolled in another course and want to request validation of your previous exams, we invite you to first contact the president of the degree course you are interested in.

To have your request evaluated you will have to provide a self-certification declaring the qualification obtained and/or the list of all the exams passed, their possible value in credits, the indication of the scientific-disciplinary sectors and, for some degree courses, the exam programmes as well. Many universities give their students the opportunity to print a complete self-certification with all the exams online.

Useful contacts

If you need any further clarification or information you can call the toll-free number 800904084 or, for problems related to procedures or your university career, you can write to the address of your student registry office specifying your personal data (name, surname, tax code) and the problem encountered.
