How it works

The following courses have access in chronological order of enrolment with enhancement of high school final grade:

Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology (133 places of which 3 for Non-EU students)

Constructions, Infrastructures and Territorial Management (60 places)

Quality and Procurement of Raw Materials for Agri-Food (30 places)

Educational sciences (333 places of which 3 for Non-EU students)

Food science and technology (133 places of which 5 for Non-EU students)

Sport sciences, physical exercise and human health (251 places of which 3 for Non-EU students and 6 for students with distinctive sports achievements)

Livestock science and animal production technologies (188 places of which 3 for Non-EU students)

Dairy Enterprise Technology and Management (25 places of which 1 for Non-EU students)

The degree courses in Biology, Biotechnology and Chemistry provide for a double access method: the first selection requires passing a TOLC test while the second will take into account the chronological order of enrolment with enhancement of merit through the high school final grade. You can get more information about these 3 courses by visiting the page Access with TOLC or chronological order of enrolment with enhancement of merit through high school final grade.

To participate in the allocation of available places, you will have to reserve your place on July, 16th  and enter, before or after that date, your high school final grade. Your ranking will be determined by both of these factors:

  • the chronological order of booking;
  • the final grade.

The place reservation procedure is free of charge and it is also possible to book for more than one course that provides this type of access.

You can reserve your place even if you are already enrolled in another course. Only at a later stage, in the event of a successful placement, it will be necessary to withdraw from studies or request a course transfer.

All the steps reported in the following paragraphs are entirely online and must be preceded by registration on the University information system (ESSE3).

PLEASE NOTE! On July 16th the SPID system will not be active to allow better functioning of the platform, therefore:

  • if you are 18 or more with Italian citizenship or were born in Italy you must register exclusively with SPID and you must do so not later than 15th July (last day);
  • if you do not belong to the two previous categories, the use of SPID for your registration is not mandatory and you can therefore register at any time. However, we recommend that you register before enrolments open so that you can quickly reserve your place on July 16th.

How to enter your high school diploma data

You can enter your qualification and grade from 9 a.m. on 1st July to 12 p.m. on 22nd July 2024.

To enter the diploma data you must:

  • go to page unipr.esse3.cineca.it
  • click on REGISTER/LOGIN
  • enter username (numeric code obtained with registration) and password or log in with SPID (except on July 11th and 12th)
  • click on the HOME menu item and select Qualifications.

Should you receive your final exam grade on 16th July and in the following days, we invite you to give priority to the place booking procedure so as not to risk losing useful positions in the ranking. You will be able to enter your diploma data immediately after booking your place.

If you do not indicate the data of the qualification and the final exam grade by the deadline, you will be placed in the ranking with a high school diploma grade equal to the minimum (60/100).

How to reserve a place

You can book your place on one or more courses that include this access method from 16th July to 12 p.m. on 22nd July 2024.

Rankings, scrolling and expression of interest

All the rankings of the courses that provide this access method will also be available on a public page of the institutional website.

Each ranking will contain the unique identification code obtained at the time of booking, the date of birth and the status (admitted / not admitted), which will be the result of the chronological order and the high school diploma final grade (if entered).

If your status in the ranking is "admitted" you must proceed with enrolment (see paragraph How to enrol).

If your status in the ranking is "not admitted" you will have to wait for the scrolling.
