Virtual stands

On March 25th you can interact with professors and university staff at the virtual stands dedicated to: all the 51 second-cycle degree courses, some University services, Er.go, the regional organization for the right to higher education, and the event organization office.

The forementioned office will be at your disposal to provide you with information about the initiative and, more generally, about the University of Parma, and to give you advice on which virtual booths you should visit based on your needs.

The virtual stands of the courses will be active from 10 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 5 pm, while for the University services booths the hours may vary.

You can access the virtual stands of the courses by booking. The booking form for each course can be accessed from the Department Booths card on this page where you can find 10-minute time slots that you can select.

The system allows you to select a time slot, if available, up until a few minutes before its starting time.

WARNING! If you receive an error message when confirming your booking for a time slot, it means that the slot has already been booked but the system has not yet been updated.

The University service stands can be accessed by booking or in other ways. For services that require booking, you can also select slots of 10 minutes each. More details are available on the Service stands card.

To access the virtual stand of the event organization office on March 25th no reservation is required.
