Services by reservation

The virtual stands of the services by reservation are active from 10 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 5 pm. Each interview lasts 10 minutes.

If a time slot does not appear among those that can be reserved, it is because it has already been reserved.

WARNING! If you receive an error message when confirming your booking for a time slot, it means that the slot has already been booked but the system has not been updated yet.

  • Admission of international students: get all the information you need on the admission procedure for students who need a study visa.
  • University libraries: the University has 9 libraries that differ according to their venues and fields of study. When making your reservation, remember to specify which library you are interested in.
  • Er.go: this is the regional organization that deals with the right to higher education. You can ask Er.go staff for information on scholarships, accommodation and other available benefits.
  • Job placement: this is the University service that promotes initiatives for undergraduates and graduates to facilitate their entry into the world of work.
  • Student registry offices: contact the staff at the student registry offices to find out about the administrative procedures shared by all courses (e.g. enrolment, transfer, course transitions, career shortening, etc.).
  • Curricular internships: find out more about the practical training experiences you can have during your studies.

Services without reservation

In the virtual stands of the services without reservation, showcase presentations will be held in the morning and/or afternoon, which you can attend freely and after which you will be able to ask any questions you wish. The schedules are available on the card "Services without reservation" at the bottom of this page.

  • Alumni and Friends: the association aims to maintain a continuous link between the University, its former students and all those who, for various reasons, share its values and objectives. “Alumni and Friends” aims to create a bridge between Unipr graduates and the world of work.
  • CAPAS - Center for Arts and Entertainment Activities and Professions:
  • University Language Center: find out more about the possibility of improving your knowledge of foreign languages.
  • CUS Parma and UNIPR for Sport: the University of Parma is not just about studying but you will also be able to take part in many sports activities, even at a competitive level.
  • Opportunities to study abroad and the EU Green Alliance: get all the information you need on all the mobility programs  and the EU Green Alliance, of which the University is a member.
