During the excursions, University faculty members and local experts will offer in-depth insights, while CAI volunteers will provide information and interesting facts about “going to the mountains.”
As in the previous edition, this year again it was decided to use the train to reach the starting points of the excursions, in order to minimize environmental impact.
Participants are required to have suitable mountain equipment (hiking boots with a Vibram-type sole or appropriate footwear; a windproof jacket; hiking poles recommended; a water bottle with at least 1 liter of water; sunglasses and sunscreen) and a packed lunch.
