CLIMBING FOR CLIMATE - RUS
Climbing for Climate is an annual national event promoted by RUS – the University Network for Sustainable Development – in collaboration with the Italian Alpine Club (CAI). Created as a symbolic and participatory initiative, the event brings together students, teachers, researchers and citizens on a mountain walk to raise awareness of the urgency of the climate crisis and the importance of protecting Alpine ecosystems.

Lago Santo - Marmagna Excursion
Participants were divided into 6 groups for 3 routes:
- Cancelli - Sentiero delle Carbonaie - Lago Santo Parmense - Monte Marmagna (trails 723B-723)
- Lagdei - Panoramica Trail - Lago Santo Parmense - Monte Marmagna (trails 723A - 723)
- Cancelli - La Vezzosa - Prato della Valle - Lago Santo Parmense - Monte Marmagna (trails 725A - 725 - 723)
CLIMBING FOR CLIMATE - Excursion 25 september 2021
Excursion along the ridge of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines above the municipality of Monchio, starting from Prato Spilla.
Participants were divided into five groups and followed two itineraries:
- 1st itinerary: Prato Spilla, Lago Verde, Laghi Martini and Monte Bragalata (about 5/6 hours of walking)
- 2nd itinerary: Prato Spilla, Lago Palo, Sella Canuti, Monte Malpasso, Lago Verdarolo, Lago Scuro (about 4/5 hours of walking)
