“Action for Climate” aims to raise awareness among local and national communities about the UN 2030 Agenda through the exploration of local areas along CAI trails, in light of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). These include the promotion of sustainable tourism (SDG 8), social and economic inclusion of people living in peripheral areas (SDG 10), support for sustainable communities (SDG 11), action to combat climate change (SDG 13), and the promotion of life on land (SDG 15).
The University of Parma, the only university in Emilia-Romagna to have participated in the RUS initiative since its first edition, further demonstrates through this initiative its commitment to sustainability, a cross-cutting effort that deeply involves the entire academic community.
