Energy

Today, the energy challenge sees us all as protagonists, first and foremost a university institution that aims, in the awareness that it can no longer put it off any longer, to take a leading role in daily actions and planning, as well as in exemplifying collective behaviour.

To this end, the University of Parma promotes responsible energy policies and solutions that adopt the most advanced technologies for energy efficiency, with the aim of reducing fossil primary energy consumption and with it climate-changing gas emissions and implementing the use of renewable energy.
