The University of Parma supports the transfer technology and of knowledge, with the goal of fostering economic and social development through the conversion of research results into useful notions for productive purposes and to enhance the well-being of society.
The initiatives aimed at starting spin-off and start-up must be compatible with the vocation of the University and with its scientific and institutional prestige, as well as with the spirit of dissemination of knowledge within its own and in the academic world. In addition, they pursue the twofold goal:
- fostering youth innovative entrepreneurship through temporary support of teachers;
- allow students, together with reference teachers, to explore the possibility of turning innovative ideas into entrepreneurial paths.
Il Regolamento dell'Università degli Studi di Parma
Il Regolamento Spin-off e Start-up dell’Università degli Studi di Parma, entrato in vigore ad ottobre 2025, definisce il quadro normativo di riferimento per la costituzione e la gestione delle iniziative imprenditoriali nate in Ateneo, disciplinandone requisiti, modalità operative e rapporti con l’Università.
Il Comitato Spin-off di Ateneo
Il Comitato Spin-off dell’Università degli Studi di Parma è l’organo preposto alla valutazione delle proposte di costituzione di Spin-off e Start-up, verificandone la coerenza con la missione istituzionale e la sostenibilità dell’iniziativa. Il Comitato supporta inoltre gli organi di governo dell’Ateneo nel processo decisionale, esprimendo pareri tecnico-scientifici ed economico-gestionali.
