The ParmaUniverCity Info Point, thanks to an agreement between the University and the City of Parma, has been open since October 2018 in the renovated spaces of the Roman Bridge underpass, next to Piazza Ghiaia, thus in the heart of the city centre.
It provides information and dissemination on the University (administrative information, teaching, organisation, events, etc.) for all types of users, offers guides and illustrative material on the University and sells merchandise with the "Università di Parma" logo.
Freshmen Special
From 1 July to 31 October the "Freshmen Special" section of ParmaUniverCity Info Point will welcome prospective students and their families, in collaboration with Informagiovani of the Municipality of Parma and ER.GO - Azienda Regionale per il Diritto agli Studi Superiori.
"Freshman Special" is an invaluable resource for those choosing their study path in view of the opening of enrolment on 15 and 16 July, and for the wider audience is a key source of information on services, accommodation, fees and everything related to the University's organisational system.
The staff of the University, Informagiovani and ER.GO will be available as follows:
- University: Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Informagiovani: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. (until 30 September, except from 4 to 24 August)
- ER.GO: From 9 July every Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. by reservation through the platform Easy Accademy
Meeting room
There is also a 30-seat meeting room, which can be used for the organisation of press conferences, for the dissemination of science by the Departments or used by students and student associations for various types of initiatives.
To book the meeting room please send a request to UO Vigilanza e Logistica (email vigilanzaelogistica@unipr.it) and then wait for the authorisation, which will contain all the necessary instructions.
Opening hours
The ParmaUniverCity Info Point is open all year round to the public from Monday to Friday with continuous opening hours from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
