Amounts of fees and contributions

The annual inscription fee for the academic year 2025-26 for degree courses at the University of Parma consists of:

• Regional Fee of 140 euros

Virtual Tuition Fee of 16 eurosAll-inclusive University Fee calculated in a personalized and proportional manner based only on the ISEE (Indicator of Equivalent Economic Situation) indicator, applying the appropriate calculation formula.

The values of the minimum and maximum contributions and ISEE minimum and maximum contributions are shown in the table.

In case of ISEE greater than 70,000 euros, or in the absence of the communication of ISEE data within the deadline thereafter indicated, students are required to pay the absolute maximum contribution provided for their area and their merit and seniority status.

As previously indicated, the amounts calculated by the above formula should be added to:

• Regional fee 140 euro
• Virtual stamp 16 euro

All students enrolled or intending to enroll in degree courses at the University of Parma (including students with conditional enrolment, pre-enrolled, test takers, students waiting for rankings to be changed and transfers from other universities) who want to apply for a reduction on the amount of university fees and contributions, must fill out the application on site of ER.GOpromptly by December 18, 2025 h. 17:00. No applications will be accepted after the deadline. Those who do not apply for reduction will be required to pay the absolute maximum contribution provided for their area and their merit and seniority status.

Who falls under the Notax Area?

• students and students matriculated/registered in the a.y. 2025/26 who:
  - have notified, by December 18, 2025 h. 17:00, via procedure on site of ER.GO, a valid ISEE for the right to education at higher education not exceeding 27 euros.000.00 
  and make enrolment with only the payments of regional tax and virtual stamp duty (first instalment: euro 156) and are exempt from paying the second and third instalments
   
• students and students enrolled/and within the first year outside prescribed time for course completion who:
  - have matured from 11/08/2024 to 10/08/2025 at least 10 CFUs (for those enrolling in the second year) or 25 CFUs (for those enrolling in the years following the second)
  - have reported, by December 18, 2025 h. 17:00, through procedure on site of ER.GO, a valid ISEE for the right to education at higher education not exceeding 27 euros.000.00 
  and make the inscription with only the payments of regional tax and virtual stamp (first instalment: euro 156) and are exempt from paying the second and third instalments

In these cases only the first instalment bulletin (euro 156) will be published.
