The student must fill out the application for refund:
- if he/she graduates by the extraordinary session of a.y. 2023-24 and has already paid the 2nd installment a.y. 2024-25;
- if he/she paid an additional fee for payment after the deadline that was not due;
- if he/she made a payment that was not due as a result of forfeiture
- if he/she transferred to another university in the same academic year

You should not fill out the application when you are entitled to a refund ex officio.
You are hereby notified that:
- refund is paid by the University's Accounting Department within 60 days from the date of issuance of the authorization note;
- no refund of regional tax and virtual stamps;
- credit to Student card
- credit to IBAN in the student's name or joint name.
The IBAN code must be registered by logging on to the RESTRICTED AREA of the online Secretarial Services HOME menu > personal details.
If the student has not transmitted the modalities, no refund will be made until the necessary communication.
