The IT helpdesk service is the single point of access for IT and technical support requests related to services provided by the Information Systems Area.

Access mode
Requests for assistance can be submitted through the following channels:

Type of users
The service is aimed at all components of the academic community: students, teaching and technical-administrative staff, guests.
 
Service availability
The service is available from Monday through Saturday, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m, excluding holidays.
