The University of Parma has two Organisational Units dedicated to internationalisation and mobility support activities and processes:

• U.O. Accoglienza, Mobilità e Studenti Internazionali (P.le San Francesco, 3): offices are open to the public from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 noon;
• U.O. Relazioni Internazionali e EU GREEN (P.le San Francesco, 2): offices are open to the public from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 noon.

The Departmental International Mobility Committees (CMI) are responsible for organizing and planning all mobility and exchange activities for the relevant Departments. The teachers who are members of the various CMIs are responsible for approving the exchange students' Learning Agreements (both incoming and outgoing) and for the management of the teaching activities connected to the different possible mobility experiences.
