The ParmaUniverCity Info Point, thanks to an agreement between the University and the City of Parma, has been open since October 2018 in the renovated spaces of the Roman Bridge underpass, next to Piazza Ghiaia, thus in the heart of the city centre.
It provides information and dissemination on the University (administrative information, teaching, organisation, events, etc.) for all types of users, offers guides and illustrative material on the University and sells merchandise with the "Università di Parma" logo.
ER.GO and Informagiovani
From 1st July to 30th October, the ParmaUniverCity Info Point will also be staffed by representatives from the Informagiovani service of the Municipality of Parma and from ER.GO - Regional Agency for the Right to Higher Education.
University, Informagiovani and ER.GO staff will be available at the following times and in the following ways:
- University - Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM;
- Informagiovani - Fridays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (until 30th September, except from 10th to 31st August): a dedicated desk providing information on city services and in-depth guidance on opportunities promoted by Eurodesk, the official network of the Erasmus+ Youth programme, the European Solidarity Corps and initiatives promoted by European institutions for young people;
- ER.GO - Wednesdays from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM by appointment. Bookings are available on the Easy Academy platform.
This year too, "ER.GO incontra" take place — a series of informational events organised by ER.GO together with the University to present ER.GO benefits and services, on the following dates:
- 14th July, 10:30 AM
- 28th July, 10:30 AM
- 15th September, 10:30 AM
- 13th October, 10:30 AM
The final event will focus in depth on the personalised contribution and the no-tax area, in collaboration with the University's Tuition fees Office.
Meeting room
There is also a 30-seat meeting room, which can be used for the organisation of press conferences, for the dissemination of science by the Departments or used by students and student associations for various types of initiatives.
To book the meeting room please send a request to UO Vigilanza e Logistica (email vigilanzaelogistica@unipr.it) and then wait for the authorisation, which will contain all the necessary instructions.
Opening hours
The ParmaUniverCity Info Point is open all year round to the public from Monday to Friday with continuous opening hours from 9 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.
