The content of the Integrated Activity and Organisation Plan (PIAO) includes several of the University's programming plans, in particular:
- the Performance Plan
- the Positive Actions Plan
- the Three-year Plan for the prevention of corruption and transparency
- the Organisational Plan for agile work
- the Three-year Plan for recruitment needs.
The PIAO of the University of Parma also includes the University Customer Satisfaction Plan.
The PIAO is approved by the Board of Administration at the end of a shared process that includes a final concertation phase within the Planning, Performance, and Quality Commission (CPPQ). With the approval of the PIAO, the operational objectives are approved, and the performance cycle for the current year begins.
