The content of the Integrated Activity and Organisation Plan (PIAO) includes several of the University's programming plans, in particular:
- the Performance Plan
- the Positive Actions Plan
- the Three-year Plan for the prevention of corruption and transparency
- the Organisational Plan for agile work
- the Three-year Plan for recruitment needs.
The PIAO of the University of Parma also includes the University Customer Satisfaction Plan.
The PIAO is approved by the Board of Directors. The approval of the PIAO entails the approval of the operational objectives, and it marks the beginning of the Performance Cycle for the current year.
