The Parma Technopole is managed by the University of Parma and is part of a network of 10 infrastructures, spread over 20 sites in the Emilia-Romagna region, co-financed by the Emilia-Romagna Region through the POR FESR European funds.
The Technopole plays a key role in ensuring synergistic interaction between academic and corporate researchers and hosts the laboratories of the University's interdepartmental industrial research centres, accredited by the Emilia-Romagna Region High Technology Network.
Through the Parma Technopole, it is possible to take advantage of a wide range of specialised services including:
- Welcome and initial guidance
- Innovation needs analysis
- Organisation of in-depth meetings
- Information and guidance on contracts and intellectual property issues
- Information on financial instruments in support of innovation
- Hosting events and activities on the territory
The Parma Technopole also hosts the S3 (Smart Specialisation Strategy) Area Desk of ART-ER, open to the public and businesses.
