Transfer application

If the student is enrolled at another university and wishes to transfer to a course at our university, after choosing the degree coursehe/she must submit a transfer application to the university to which he/she belongs, respecting its deadlines and procedures.

To find out the date by which you can apply to transfer to the University of Parma, check the web page of the course you wish to enrol in. If you choose a course of study with a maximum number of students you must follow the indications in the notice of admission or contact the student registry office.

The transfer application, which includes the degree course, will be examined by the Course Council of the chosen degree course; you can consult the information on the examination procedures and the requirements on the sheet of your chosen degree course.

If you have already paid the enrolment fees for the current academic year at your university of origin, this cannot be considered useful at the University of Parma (you may however request a refund from your university of origin).

 If you come from an Emilia-Romagna university, you are exempt from paying the regional contribution, if this has already been made.

 After submitting the transfer application to your university of origin, you can enrol at the University of Parma by following the instructions on the online enrolment platform.

Please note: during the online procedure and when sending your enrolment application to the Student registry office , you must indicate that you are transferring from another university.

 

Possible recognition of examinations taken

Recognition will be carried out by the Degree Course Council when the career is received by the course's student registry office.
