In 2018 the University of Parma launched a project to computerise mission requests and requests for reimbursement of expenses incurred by employees.

The project requires that mission and reimbursement requests be made exclusively through the U-Web - MY MISSIONS system and concerns all teaching and technical-administrative staff assigned to the Central Administration Hub, Departments and Centers.

N.B.: Problems may occur when viewing the U-Web - MY MISSIONS web pages using Internet Explorer. Hence it is recommended to use Firefox or Chrome available on all University's PCs, while waiting for the anomalies related to compatibility with Internet Explorer to be resolved.

Help and support

The Mission Process Support Service is organized on 2 levels:

  • firstly, please contact the Local Reference figures for each Executive Area or Department;
  • secondly, if the Local Reference is unable to provide assistance, please send a request for assistance by filling in the form on the Missions Helpdesk page.
