The Mission Process Support Service is organized on 2 levels:
- firstly, please contact the Local Reference figures for each Executive Area or Department;
- secondly, if the Local Reference is unable to provide assistance, please send a request for assistance by filling in the form on the Missions Helpdesk page.

Two manuals summarise the guidelines for using the U-Web - MY MISSIONS system:
- a general guide to the process of submitting a mission request and subsequent reimbursement request;
- a guide containing instructions for approving a mission request.
