The next Welcome Day for Exchange Students is set for wednesday, February 21st, 2024.
We will gather at 2.30 pm in Piazzale San Francesco 3 for our group photo and then move to Aula C at Polo Didattico di via Del Prato, just a short walk away.
The event involves representatives of the City of Parma, the Welcome Office and the Libraries of the University, and Unipr partners:
- Informagiovani (Youth information Centre of the City of Parma)
- Infomobility (Local Mobility Agency)
- Crédit Agricole, the University's partner for the Student Card
- Italian Revenue Agency
- CUS Parma (University Sport Center)
- TEP (Public Transportation)
Representatives of all entities are, on this occasion, available to students to explain their activities and to answer questions.
The Internationa Relations Office will also explain all incoming students procedures.
The exchange students from the Conservatorio Arrigo Boito will give a short concert in between the presentations.
It is possible to apply for the Ambassador in Parma project, which directly involves incoming Erasmus+ and Overworld students: as part of the dissemination objectives of the exchange experience, they will be the "Ambassadors" of their home university to the students of Parma who plan to participate in the upcoming mobility calls.
Last but not least, meet the Erasmus Student Network - ESN-ASSI Parma, with all the many events planned by the association for all exhange students at our University.
In addition to this General Welcome Day, every Department has its own Welcome Meeting for incoming students; you can find all the information here. Each meeting gives important information about the mobility experience, so it is highly recommended to attend both.
