How to submit your application

What to do:

Choose the language and the degree course

  • Check what you need to study in Italy.
  • Discover in the below section all the available degree programs.
  • Select the degree program that matches your previous studies and your academic interests.

Register on ESSE3 (University system)

  • Create your account on the university online portal (ESSE3).
  • Link: register

Create your university credentials

Prepare your documents

  • Copy of passport (only the page with personal data)
  • Copy of High school diploma duly legalized by the Italian Embassy of the country in which the qualification was awarded or apostilled by the competent administrative authority.
  • Only If the high school degree has not yet been obtained, the Certificate of Enrolment officially translated and legalized in English or Italian and a letter from the school stating the date on which the candidate will complete her/his studies;
  • Transcript of Records (TOR): the transcript of the last three years of high school to enter a Bachelor's degree program with the reference scale of grades
  • language certification for the chosen course of study

Submit your pre-evaluation request

  • Upload required documents.
  • Respect deadlines.
  • Deadlines for application: 24th February -24th April 2026
  • Link:  submit your application!

Receive your Pre-acceptance Letter

  • If your qualifications are approved, you will receive an official Acceptance Letter.
  • You will need this letter for the visa process.
  • You need to upload the letter on the Universitaly portal by the 15th July 2026 

Continue your admissions and enrolment procedure

Once you’ll receive the Pre-acceptance letter make sure you’ll follow the further steps of the Admission process for international students.

Admissions quotas for International Students from non-EU countries are annually approved and published on the Manifesto degli studi.

Below you will find the list of degree programs taught in Italian for which it is possible to apply during this call. The evaluation is carried out by a single University Committee established by Rector’s Decree No. 109/2026 of the 30/01/2026.
