The University of Parma makes available to students and the general public an appointments booking service on line with the operators of 15 counters: 8 Student Registry Offices (Mondays: remote reception, via Teams only, from 9 to 12; Thursdays: in-person reception, at Student Secretariats offices, from 11 to 1 p.m.) Professional Master Programmes Office PhD Programmes Office Specialization Schools Office Teacher training Office Tuition Fees Office (Tuition Fees Office: Tuesdays (remote reception) 9-12 and Thursdays (in-person reception) 11-13; Collaboration and Student Associations Office: Tuesdays (remote reception) 9-12 and Thursdays (in-person reception) 11-13) State Examinations Office Erasmus International Home This will make it possible for users to book, on the available dates and times, a web-based meeting with the operators to whom they intend to address their questions, leaving their contact information (phone number and e-mail address). In particular, the desks of the eight Student Registry Offices and the offices of the Teaching Area will be available to current, prospective and former students of the University. Students already in possession of an institutional mail address of the University of Parma must compulsorily book themselves using this mail address as their contact address. Those who do not have one can leave another e-mail address. Reservations can be made up to the day before the appointment. After booking each applicant will receive a confirmation email. Regarding appointments via Teams, on the identified day and time the applicant will be contacted by the University staff directly through this application. Those who have already made a reservation but no longer consider it necessary, are kindly requested to cancel it in order to allow others to make an appointment.
