BASIC TRAINING
General training (4 hours)
Specific training – administrative tasks (4 hours)
TRAINING FOR SPECIFIC WORK ACTIVITIES
For staff identified as supervisors – that is, those with responsibilities for monitoring, checking, overseeing, informing, reporting and training others – an additional face-to-face course is required, in addition to the general and specific individual training.
REFRESHER TRAINING
After completing the basic training, and in any case no later than 5 years from the date of the certificates, the following refresher courses must be attended:

#3 Healthy lifestyles: ergonomics and sedentary work
#4 Basic refresher training for workers
