Unipr4Life: culture, wellbeing and sport

CUS Parma is a local association, whose mission is to promote and organize both recreational and competitive sports activities for university students.

‘Saturdays in Nature’ is a series of excursions designed to rediscover the deep connection between people and landscapes. Each outing is an invitation to slow down, observe, listen and walk together, immersed in the beauty of the natural places that surround us. An opportunity to recharge, get to know the area and share experiences in the open air.

PRISMA (Promoting Individual and Social Resources in the Academic World) is a joint project involving eight universities. It was approved and financed by the Ministry of University and Research under the PRO-BEN call for proposals, and it focuses on the well-being of academic communities.

An app developed by the Human Nutrition Unit and the University's Artificial Intelligence Laboratory, encourages adequate consumption of whole grains, fruit, vegetables and plant-based protein sources, providing valuable support for meal planning and preparation.

In the fields of the arts and performing arts, it carries out research and provides support for teaching activities. It coordinates and organizes study and consultancy initiatives, and promotes advanced training and knowledge dissemination through courses, seminars, workshops, conferences, and exhibitions.
