Documentation for completing the internship.

At the end of your internship, please ask your tutor to complete the 'After Mobility' section of your Learning Agreement for Internships. This document will also be signed by your supervisor, who signed the 'Before Mobility' section.

Once complete, the Learning Agreement must be sent in PDF format by email to the Erasmus Office.

It must contain the information indicated in Table D, including the actual start and end dates of the internship programme according to the following definitions:

• The start date of the internship is the first day on which the intern was physically or virtually present at the university to carry out the internship.
• The end date is the last day on which the intern was physically or virtually present at the university to carry out the internship; it is not the actual date of departure.
• In the case of mixed mobility, all periods of the virtual component must also be noted separately on the certificate.

In accordance with the provisions of Table B, the home institution is required to recognise the internship. Where applicable, the University of Parma is required to provide the intern with a Transcript of Records within five weeks of the internship ending.

If the home institution requests it, the intern may request a certificate of attendance by submitting a form to their tutor for completion and signature. However, the University of Parma does not require this document, as mobility is recognised by the Transcript of Records.
