The Learning Agreement for Traineeship is the essential document for starting your traineeship abroad and obtaining recognition of your activities. It must be filled in at three different stages: before, during and after the mobility. On this page we explain how to fill in each section, starting with the initial phase, Before the Mobility.
Before the Mobility
This section must be completed prior to departure, based on the data in the Company Agreement Form:
- the data in the Company Agreement form
- the indications of the lecturer responsible for traineeships at the International Commission of your Department
Personal and administrative data
Fill in the fields with:
- your personal data
- the information of the University of Parma
- the data of the host structure
You must also indicate:
Level of study (EQF level):Level 6 → Bachelor's degree
- Level 7 → master's degree or single-cycle master's degree
- Level 8 → PhD or specialisation
Field of study: check yours against the ISCED classification
During the Mobility (in itinere)
This section should only be completed if there are changes to the placement, such as extensions, changes of activity or changes of tutor.
In that case, the Learning Agreement must be updated and re-signed by all parties involved.
After the Mobility
At the end of the placement, the supervisor of the host establishment must complete Table D - Traineeship Certificate.
It contains:
- the exact start and end dates of the placement (physical and, if present, virtual)
- the outcome of the experience
The official dates will be used to verify compliance with the minimum period (60 days), possible extensions and Erasmus+ financial reporting.
The document, signed in original by the supervisor, must be sent within 10 days after the end of the mobility to the Erasmus Office.
