The Strategic Plan of the University of Parma

The Strategic Plan is the planning document that outlines the University's strategic vision within the framework of the general principles laid down in the Statute and the institutional mission. It describes the main objectives and actions considered to have the greatest impact on the University's ability to generate public value.  The results of the Strategic Plan for Public Value Creation are reported annually in Part I of the University's Single Annual Report (RUA).

Strategic planning informs the operational objectives that are set annually in the Performance Plan.

The University Strategic Plan is the reference point for the Departmental Strategic Plans, which can be consulted on each department's website.
