SCHOLARSHIP/FINANCIAL AID RENOUNCEMENT FORM - The renouncement takes effect from the date indicated on the form – the scholarship is payed until the day before of the date indicated in the form. All documentation must be signed and sent to the Postgraduate Training Division – Research PhD - dottorati@unipr.it (alongside the copy of identification)

10% of the Budget

The management of  the 10% of the budget befall the relevant Department; for the use of these funds, the PhD student must therefore contact the Administrative Office of the Department itself or their Coordinator/tutor.

The Board of Directors, with Resolution CDA/29/04/2025/142, approved the GUIDELINES FOR THE USE OF THE 10% BUDGET FOR DOCTORAL RESEARCH STUDENTS, which provide for the use of funds for the following expenditure items:

- mobility expenses for doctoral students in Italy and abroad within the limits set by the relevant Regulations;
- purchase of inventory-based materials and consumables related to the doctoral student's specific research activity*;
- purchase of software licenses*;
- registration fees for conferences and seminars;
- registration fees for training courses and schools;
- publication costs, including translation and editing of doctoral student work, excluding the doctoral thesis;
- registration fees for universities under a joint supervisory agreement;
- cost of using IT resources/subscriptions to bibliographic resources;

It also resolved:

- that the goods and instruments referred to in point 1, assigned for use by doctoral students (see previous lines with an asterisk*), be returned by the date of graduation, as they are the exclusive property of the University.
- that any unused funds for a given year of the program be carried forward and made available for the doctoral student's subsequent years until the end of the doctoral program.
