SkillUp: Boost Your Talent is a personalized mentoring and career guidance service designed to support students, graduates, and PhD candidates as they transition from university to the world of work.
Our goal is to enhance your competencies, strengthen your soft skills, and help you develop effective tools to present yourself at your best: CV, cover letter, LinkedIn profile, and interview preparation. We aim to offer you concrete support so you can face the challenges of entering the job market with confidence and awareness.
The service is flexible and tailored to your needs:
- You can book individual sessions, even spaced out over time;
- Or you can choose a structured mentoring pathway, consisting of several meetings scheduled every 1–2 weeks, allowing you to monitor your progress over the medium to long term and benefit from ongoing guidance.
Choose the session that best suits you:
- CV review and optimization
- Cover letter preparation
- Job interview preparation and mock interviews, with guidance on questions and answers
- Support in job search strategies and enhancement of soft skills
- Creation and optimization of your LinkedIn profile
- Mentoring pathway with multiple sessions for continuous support
Sessions take place in person at V.lo Grossardi 4, fourth floor, or online upon request during registration.
