The "SkillUp: Empower Your Talent" service offers mentoring sessions and personalized career guidance.
Our goal is to better prepare students, graduates, and PhD holders to enter the labour market. We aim to empower participants by strengthening their soft skills and helping them improve practical tools such as CV, cover letters, and job interview preparation, so they can present themselves with greater confidence and competence.
You can request individual sessions or choose a structured mentoring programme consisting of multiple meetings. This approach allows for medium- to long-term progress tracking, supporting participants step by step as they navigate their entry into the job market.
