Through one-to-one sessions, we support you in recognizing, enhancing, and effectively communicating your skills. You will learn how to transform your experiences into professional value, building practical tools to present yourself in the best possible way: CV, cover letter, LinkedIn profile, and job interview preparation.

How it works? Sessions last 1 hour.
It is recommended to start with an initial one-to-one meeting and then agree on further sessions or a personalized pathway with the career advisor, for comprehensive preparation for the job market.
📄 CV: Bring your CV, we will work together to improve it, highlight your skills, and align it with your professional goals.
You will also receive practical suggestions on how to structure your CV effectively and make it more visible to AI-powered ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), increasing your chances of being selected by recruiters.
✉️ Cover Letter: Learn how to write an effective and targeted cover or motivation letter that captures recruiters’ attention.
🎤 Job Interview: Discover the most common questions, how to handle the most challenging ones, and test yourself through simulations in a safe environment, also working on non-verbal communication.
🔍 Active Job Search: We analyze the main job search channels, the most effective strategies, and the use of keywords to identify and apply for the opportunities that best match your profile.
💼 LinkedIn: Learn how to use LinkedIn strategically: create and optimize your profile, increase your visibility, and get noticed by recruiters.
🌱 Skills Assessment (Soft Skills): This pathway is particularly recommended for those who do not yet have a defined career goal or wish to gain greater awareness of their potential.
A structured pathway (minimum 4 sessions, one per week) to:
- analyze your educational background and experiences (work or volunteer)
- identify your skills, aptitudes, and values
- enhance your soft skills
- define a professional goal and an action plan
Where and when? Sessions take place in person at V.lo Grossardi 4, fourth floor or online (via Teams)
