Welcome Night 2026

To all the new students arriving this year and to everyone already studying at Unipr and coming back to the city: a special event not to be missed is coming on September, 17th - just for you: the Welcome Night!

Join us in Piazza Ghiaia at 7:30 PM to kick off a big party, with DJs playing until 11:30 PM.  

During the whole event, the ParmaUniverCity Info Point will be open – the information and welcome desk for students, located at the Sottopasso del Ponte Romano.

The following will also be present:

• ER.GO (Regional Agency for the Right to Higher Education of Emilia-Romagna)
• AUSL of Parma (Local Health Service), with Spazio Giovani Adulti (Youth Space) 
• Municipality of Parma, with Informagiovani (Youth Information Service), Il Punto – Creative Hub, Youth Centers, and Libraries.

Plus, for the occasion, some bars and venues in Piazza Ghiaia and the surrounding area will be offering special deals and discounts for students.
