Parma, 19 February 2026 – The EU GREEN Innovation Days return on 19 and 20 March. The initiative is aimed at students and researchers of the University of Parma who are interested in turning innovative ideas into high-impact, concrete projects.
The event will take place in person at the Science and Technology Campus and will run in synchronisation with the other eight universities of the EU GREEN Alliance. It will offer a shared experience designed to connect different skills, perspectives and approaches in order to address the major challenges facing contemporary society.
To take part, registration is required by 13 March 2026 via the online form.
The Innovation Days provide an important opportunity to work in multidisciplinary teams on sustainability-related challenges, engaging in real time with an international academic network.
The European dimension of the event will enable participants to broaden their horizons and develop innovative solutions within a dynamic and stimulating environment.
Over the two days, participants will have the opportunity to explore and apply design thinking tools, essential for identifying unmet needs, structuring and validating new project ideas, and developing innovative concepts in both academic and entrepreneurial contexts.
This methodological approach will guide groups from the problem exploration phase through to the definition of a structured and sustainable proposal.
Through a guided pathway, participants will gain practical tools that are valuable not only for academic project design, but also for potential future entrepreneurial developments.
The initiative is open to students and researchers at the University of Parma who are interested in sustainability topics, regardless of their academic discipline.
