As part of your preparation for the International Talent Day - University of Parma, taking place on March 24th, we invite registered participants to join the SkillUp Prep Workshop, an online session designed to help you get ready for the Speed Date sessions and one-to-one interviews with recruiters.

About the workshop
This online workshop will support you in preparing effectively for the International Talent Day- Career event, and making the most of your conversations with company representatives.
During the session you will learn how to:
- Prepare your CV for HR interviews and present your international profile effectively
- Understand what recruiters look for in international candidates
- Highlight your soft skills and stand out during interviews
- Build a clear and effective personal pitch
The workshop is reserved for registered participants of the International Talent Day.

During the workshop, you will also get an exclusive preview of the it-ER Ambassador Lab, organized by ART-ER for the international talent community. This session, taking place on 24th March from 4 PM to 5.30 PM, is a unique opportunity to join a structured networking space and connect with international peers.
