Who can apply
You can apply if:
- in the past year, you have been unemployed as a result of layoffs
- your family members have been unemployed as a result of layoff
- following a certified injury, your university attendance has been temporarily suspended for at least four consecutive months;
- you have had to temporarily suspend university attendance as a result of hospital stay;
- you are caregiver;
- you have had a child;
- you fall into any other special and/or exceptional situations not included in the previous categories.
The Commission may evaluate other special cases that do not fall under the above types.
You are excluded from the Commission's evaluation if:
1) you are not in good standing with your inscription by the deadline of the relevant academic year;
2) you owe tuition fees related to the academic years preceding the relevant academic year.
How to apply
You can apply by sending an email with attachments to protocollo@unipr.it using your institutional account.
The application must be formally addressed to the Rector and accompanied by ISEE attestation valid for the academic year of reference and/or income and asset declarations from the competent diplomatic authorities, referring to the fiscal year preceding that of the beginning of the academic year. Please include any documentation you deem useful and appropriate to support the request.
When to apply
If you want to apply for full exemption you must submit the application by November 18, 2026.
If you want to apply for partial exemption you must submit the application by April 30, 2027.
