The University of Parma has joined the initiative promoted by the Department for Digital Transformation as part of the National Plan for Recovery and Resilience (PNRR), obtaining funding under Measure 1.4.3 "Adoption pagoPA platform," aimed at the dissemination and enhancement of digital payment services to citizens, students and businesses.
pagoPA is the national digital platform that allows citizens and businesses to make electronic payments to public administrations in a secure, transparent and standardized manner. Through pagoPA, users can make payments related to university services through different channels and payment instruments, benefiting from simple, immediate procedures that are fully interoperable with the national digital ecosystem.
Under the Measure, the University of Parma has obtained funding aimed at implementing and integrating the University's payment services with the pagoPA platform, in accordance with the guidelines and technical standards defined at the national level. The intervention concerns the activation and consolidation of digital payments related to the main administrative and educational services of the University.
The initiative allows to improve the efficiency and quality of the University's digital services, promoting a simpler, safer and more transparent management of electronic payments. Joining the pagoPA platform also contributes to the process of digital transformation of the Public Administration, promoting the integration of university information systems with the national digital infrastructure and the simplification of relations with students, citizens and businesses.
