Food Project is a project promoted by the University of Parma to systematize and strengthen existing centers of excellence in research and teaching in the food sector, promote collaboration within the University, with companies, research centers, and educational institutions at the local, national, and international levels, and to establish the University of Parma as a recognized european hub for advanced education and research in the food sector.
