Parma, May 18, 2026 - Starting Tuesday, May 19, the new Unipr Service Desk will be active: a single point of access for students, prospective students, and incoming exchange students to request specific information about their academic careers and enrollment procedures.
The Unipr Service Desk will be accessible from the dedicated page: https://servicedesk.unipr.it
After logging in, using your university credentials, SPID/CIE credentials, or other methods, you can select the topic of interest so that your request will be automatically forwarded to the correct office staff. Once you log in, the system will recognize you and allow you to view all sent and received communications.
The new service was created to streamline external communications with University offices, with the goal of improving process efficiency and user satisfaction. In the coming months, other services for both external and internal users will be added to the service desk.
Please note that specific information regarding both enrollment and academic careers cannot be provided by phone.
