An online space dedicated to answering questions and dealing with the most common problems faced by university students, especially those who do not live in the city. This is the aim of SOStudenti, a discussion forum created by Confconsumatori and the online weekly ParmAteneo, where students can find advice on how to deal with everyday situations. ParmAteneo is the weekly magazine for students of the University of Parma, published by the homonymous journalism workshop of CAPAS, the Centre for Arts and Entertainment Professions and Activities.Every week ParmAteneo features different topics tackled by lawyers and experts from Confconsumatori Parma. Its characteristics are usefulness and immediacy, with clear, simple and direct answers to everyday problems that can seem impossible to solve due to a lack of information.Topics include energy supply contracts (water, electricity and gas), the waste disposal tax (TARI) and telephone and internet contracts. We will also talk about purchases and guarantees, disputes between tenants and landlords or condominiums, transport disruptions and reports of unfair commercial behaviour and online fraud. The latter is a subject to which Confconsumatori is paying increasing attention, given the exponential growth of digital fraud in recent times.Anyone wishing to find out more about these topics will have a direct line to the association, headquartered in Parma. The new SOStudenti section confirms and consolidates the relationship between Confconsumatori and the University of Parma, established in 2021 with the signing of a framework agreement providing for joint initiatives to inform, educate and promote active civic participation.Questions for the feature can be sent in by all our readers, especially our student community. How? contacting the editorial staff directly by email parmateneo.unipr@gmail.comwrite to the Confconsumatori Press Office (ufficiostampa@confconsumatori.it)
