Opening hours
From 1st February 2024 the student registry offices are open as follows:
- Monday to Thursday: in-person from 9.30 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. - no appointment necessary
- Friday: remotely rvia Teams only from 9.30 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. - with prior appointment
To access the services, you must first book appointments using the EASYAcademy platform.
Please cancel any booked appointment that is no longer necessary, so as to free the slot for others.

To contact your student registry office, please write to us using the unipr service desk.
Once you log in with your university credentials or with SPID/CIE credentials, the unipr service desk allows you to select the topic you are interested in and automatically forward your enquiry to the relevant office staff.
Furthermore, by logging in, the system recognises you, thus preventing you from being asked to provide information already held by the University.
Every time you access the unipr service desk as a student, you will be able to view all communications sent and received.
