Starting from July 1st, 2026, the new reception desk is available for prospective students, freshmen and students both Italian and international.

What is it for

There, you can request general information, obtain updates on the status of procedures, and, if you are a prospective international student or hold a foreign qualification, submit the documents required for enrollment (e.g., foreign qualifications, residence permits, and certificates).

The Welcome Point includes several service desks, each dedicated to a specific topic and user group:

  • Prospective students' Information Desk: for general inquiries about services, enrollment procedures, and all aspects of student life at our University.
  • Admissions Office and Agenzia delle Entrate: an integrated support pathway for international users, providing assistance with immigration procedures, residence permits, tax identification numbers (codice fiscale), and the administrative requirements necessary for entry and residence in Italy.
  • Welcome Service: a reception and guidance service aimed primarily at international and/or exchange students. It provides support for integration into university and city life, offering information on accommodation, healthcare services, banking services, transportation, and other resources useful for living and studying in Parma.
  • Enrollment Service: service desks organized by field of study, dedicated to supporting students with enrollment administrative procedures.
  • Student Mobility: two dedicated offices for incoming and outgoing student mobility, providing support at every stage of mobility experiences to and from the University of Parma.

The Tuition Fees and Benefits office is also available, where you can get information on the fee system and on benefits related to the right to study (online appointments only, on Tuesdays from 9:00 to 12:00 and Thursdays from 11:00 to 13:00, by booking through the dedicated portal).

Monday: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Tuesday: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Wednesday: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. – 4 p.m.
Thursday: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Friday: 9.30 a.m. – 12 p.m., by appointment only via the Easy Academy platform.

No appointment is required from Monday to Thursday.
