Presidents and Quality Assurance Managers of Degree Courses

For the purposes of Quality Assurance, each course of study is required to:

  • apply, to the extent of its competence, the policies and general guidelines for Quality established by the Governing Bodies;
  • carry out self-evaluation and review activities of its own training and management of the study course according to the analyses reported in the annual report of the Joint Teaching staff - Student Committee and the data provided by ANVUR, the Evaluation Committee and the Organisational Unit Programming and Management Control comparing also with similar study course in a perspective of benchmarking;
  • promote continuous improvement and evaluate its effectiveness;
  • implement the evaluation of teaching according to what has been prepared at the University level.

The President of Degree Course is assisted by the Quality Assurance Manager of the Degree Course who has functions of monitoring and verifying the proper implementation of the improvement actions approved by the Degree Course Council.

At the administrative level, a Manager for the Quality of Teaching office is identified in each Department who coordinates, in sharing with the Administrative Management Manager, the typical activities supporting teaching, course catalogue, front office with students as far as they are concerned, and course quality, including PhD programs.

The names of the Presidents and the Quality Assurance Managers of the Degree Courses are listed on the website of each Degree Course.
