The project ‘Food Security: Valorisation of African Food Sources' aims to promote cooperation with international higher education institutions and offer researchers the opportunity to pioneer new research and define new application contexts. The project seeks to enhance the functionality of African food sources in terms of technology, sensory properties, nutrition, microbiology, safety and authenticity.
Applications are open exclusively to holders of first- and second-cycle degrees, as well as PhD students and researchers from African universities with which the University of Parma has a cooperation agreement in the field of food.
