How it works
The University of Parma makes available to public administrations and public service providers, in on-line mode, the data it holds concerning the career of students and graduates, so that they can verify the declarations made in lieu of an attestation or a statutory declaration.
The information accessible through the on-line services concerns students and graduates enrolled at the University on courses activated in accordance with Ministerial Decree no. 509 of 3 November 1999 and subsequent regulations, as from the 2001/2002 academic year. For other categories of students or graduates, or in case of a negative result of the search, it is necessary to send the request for verification to the University of Parma by certified electronic mail (PEC) to protocollo@pec.unipr.it, specifying that the data requested are not visible through the on-line service, even though it is an affiliated institution.
Access to the Service is restricted to affiliated organisations from the following address: https://unipr.esse3.cineca.it
How to apply
To request access to the Service, a request signed with the digital signature of the Entity's Legal Representative must be sent by PEC to protocollo@pec.unipr.it. Please use the accreditation form and attach the conditions of use.
The credentials for accessing the service are communicated electronically to the appointees, as specified in the technical annex.
