FAQ - After your stay

To obtain your certificate of participation, the best way is to come in person by appointment, shortly before your departure.

In this case, the date on the certificate will be the date of the appointment.

If you are unable to come in person, you can send the following to the Erasmus Office:

• the certificate form, already filled in with your details,
• proof of your departure (e.g. travel tickets).

As soon as we receive everything, we will send you the signed certificate.

The Transcript of Records will be issued within five weeks of the end of your mobility period, i.e. from the departure date indicated on your certificate of participation.

We will send it directly to you and your home university as soon as it is ready.

We kindly ask you to be patient and check your e-mail.

Yes, if you participate in the Erasmus+ programme, the final survey is mandatory.

Completing it is a prerequisite for receiving your full scholarship.

Check your e-mail (including your spam folder) and follow the instructions sent by your university or the EU Survey platform.

Once the University of Parma issues your Transcript of Records, it will send it to your home university.

From that moment on, it is up to your university to record your grades in your student record book or academic career.
