The form must then be sent to the Erasmus Office at least one month before the end of the originally planned mobility period. Please note that approval of the extension request does not guarantee automatic funding for the additional mobility period. To verify the availability of funding for the extension period, you will need to wait until the agreement has been finalised and check whether there are any remaining EU funds.

Students are generally not permitted to take exams at UNIPR during their exchange period, but there are certain exceptions.

Specifically, due to the nature of the programme, students on the course in Medicine and Surgery have been granted permission to take exams at the University of Parma during their exchange period, provided they meet certain conditions. A standard grant is provided for Erasmus+ mobility from EU funds. The amount varies by country and may differ from one agreement to another. Any supplementary grants depend on individual circumstances. All grants are specified in the call for applications, and the procedures for their disbursement are described in the Mobility Guide.
