The attendance certificate is a mandatory document that confirms the period spent abroad. It serves both to formally close the mobility and to calculate the final amount of the grant.
What is it for
The attendance certificate:
- Reports official start and end dates of mobility
- Attest attendance at the host university
- It is used for the calculation of the final economic contribution
After the end date shown on the certificate you will no longer be able to take exams at the foreign university.
When and how to request it
- Request the completion of the certificate immediately before returning to Parma
- The form is available in the Forms section of the Call page
- The document must be signed and stamped by the host university
Important: the mobility end date indicated must be the same as or earlier than the date of signature of the certificate.
Once completed, send the certificate by email to the UO Reception, Mobility and International Students. Please note that there are two different addresses for participants in the Erasmus+ programme and those in the Overworld programme.
