While staying abroad you may need to change some of the lessons included in the Learning Agreement. In these cases, you will need to complete the During the Mobility section, which formalises any changes to the approved study plan. On this page you will find all the instructions for Erasmus+ and Overworld students.
When to use the “During the Mobility” section
Should you need to add, replace, or delete exams (teachings) once the mobility has started, you will need to complete the During the Mobility section of the Learning Agreement.
Amendments shall be submitted, with exceptions, only once per semester.
The deadline for having them approved is 30 days from the beginning of the semester at the host location.
This part of the Learning Agreement must also be signed by:
- the student
- the teaching representative of the University of Parma
- the teaching coordinator of the host university
Erasmus+ Students
If you are on mobility for one academic year, changes related to the second semester must be submitted within 30 days of the start of the second semester.
Once signed by all parties, the updated LA should be emailed to the Erasmus Office.
The submission methods are the same as the Learning Agreement – Before the Mobility: you must update both the OLA (Online Learning Agreement) and the document in ESSE3, making sure the contents match.
Overworld Students
Once completed and signed, the updated Learning Agreement should be emailed to the Erasmus Office.
Compiling changes follows the same rules as in the Before the Mobility phase: approval from all parties is required within 30 days of the start of classes.
