RIA-IA project proposal writing.

The European and International Research Unit has organizedfor the year 2024 four workshops which aim to cover topics related to project writing to enable faculty, researchers, and technical and administrative staff toacquire skills aimed at participation in the Horizon Europe program and in particular the RIA and IA actions.

The following is the schedule and topics of the workshop series

  • March 25, 2024 - Excellence: objectives, methodology, state of the art, open science, gender dimensions, data research mangement
  • July 1, 2024- Impact: expected outcomes and impacts, barriers and mitigation measures. Communication activities, dissemination and exploitation of results to maximize impacts
  • September 16, 2024 - Quality and efficiency of the implementation: work plan, deliverables, milestones, risks, budget
  • December 9, 2024 - Workshop defined according to the needs of the participants

The course topics are designed for an audience with prior knowledge of Horizon Europe issues.

Agendas for individual events will be communicated separately.

It will start on March 25, 2024from 2 p.m. to 17.00 p.m. at the Center Congress Santa Elisabetta Campus with an initial meeting dedicated to an in-depth study of the"Excellence" section of the application form for the Horizon Europe program's calls for proposals.

The workshop will include a theoretical session analyzing the application form template followed by a practical phase dedicated to improving writing skills.

How to participate?

The event is open to a numbermaximum of 30 registrantswho have prior experience in the field of European planning and who are willing to participate in the upcoming calls of the Horizon Europe program.

To participate in the first workshop, one mustcompulsorily rregister here by March 15, 2024.

On reaching the maximum number of entries, subsequent applications will be placed on a reserve listto.
